30-Day Return Policy

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at support@trend-oz.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours.

 

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
