Shipping & Delivery:

• Shipped via CJdropshipping from US or China warehouses.

• US warehouse: 3–7 business days

• China warehouse: 7–12 business days

• Delivery times may vary due to carrier, location, or customs delays.

Tracking:

• Tracking number emailed once shipped.

• Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Issues:

• For missing, delayed, or lost packages, contact us first at info@trend-oz.com.

• CJ handles all disputes, returns, and resends. Customers do not contact CJ directly.

Shipping Restrictions:
